Mystery Guest Audit Process - Golf Clubs
1. A four or two-ball will be playing as mystery guests at your club over the upcoming few weeks. (They may be members or non-members)
2. An evaluation will be completed based on the criteria available below.
3. An agreed average spend for your halfway house and 19th hole will be confirmed by RCA prior to commencement of the audit.
4. You will be invoiced for this amount prior to commencement of the audit. (The amount is due upon receipt of invoice)
5. A report will all observations and outcomes will be compiled and forwarded to you post the audit.
6. Kindly remember that the result and score communicated is final.
